FELLOWS OF THE INSTITUTE
GULF STATES REGION
 
Fellowship is one of the two top honors given by the Institute.  Fellows are chosen by their peers from those who have been members for at least five years, who are in good standing, and who have notably contributed to the advancement of construction technology, the improvement of construction specifications, or of education, or by service to the Institute.  Fellows are entitled to use the initials FCSI after their name.
